honestly just practice drawing fast! get a reference and set a timer for like 2 minutes and do as much as you can within that time frame. then draw that same reference again but give yourself more time! theres a website called line of action that has many many references for gesture drawing- and im preeetty sure has a feature for speed drawing like this

In my art school, they teach us to practice by very quickly doing the main shapes, then defining after. Also do practices like put a 10 minute timer to draw something and then lower the time you give yourself!
