Checked Kendra Scott into a hotel. Someone from her team cancelled the reservation days ago for a sold out night in the city (per reservation notes) I asked them to give me a moment to look into it so I can review and see if we can still accommodate. Girl told me do my f-ing job and fix her reservation asap before I’m out of a job. I asked her assistants to have her stop talking to me because the mistake wasn’t on us but I was willing to reinstate and fix it to get them accommodated but I’m not anyone’s punching bag for their emotions, and the entire city is sold out and I don’t have to reinstate anything... They immediately crowded around her and asked her to be quiet so I can get them situated. Checked her rooms in and she called her travel agent to send all requests to avoid talking to me and my team. Entitlement is a drug… I now get the ick anytime I see her products anywhere.
