I have a stigmatism and find it really hard to drive past the lights in a cop car. You add a light rain in the mix where it adds an extra surface for the lights to bounce off of then I pretty much have to come to a complete stop when I come up to the lights

Honestly the lights can distort distance and since she was getting progressively worse I'd be real concerned about head injury. It doesn't take much to counter coup causing this kind of increasing aggression

this has happened to me but no accident. it was night, the lights are waaay to bright and it messes up your judgement of distance. especially if your windshields are dirty. and take her to the hospital no matter what.
