Tazarotene is shown to be less tolerable than tretinoin with very minimal increase in acne benefits and the same effect for anti aging. Just use tretinoin or adapalene

Tazarotene is not stronger than tretinoin. Patients may see results faster, but it is also significantly less tolerable.
