Single-Serve Focaccia Bread (No Knead & So Easy!) Ingredients • 280 g flour (about 2 1/4 cups) • 240 g lukewarm water (1 cup) • 1 tsp yeast • 1 tsp sugar • 1 tsp salt • 2 tbsp olive oil ⸻ Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and water. Add flour and mix. 2. Add salt and olive oil, then coil fold immediately (no waiting). Keep folding until the dough can’t fold anymore, then cover and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. 3. Lightly flour parchment paper. Divide dough into 4 portions and place on parchment. 4. Drizzle olive oil, gently flatten with your hands, and sprinkle oregano and coarse salt (optional). 5.
