Feeder content is RUINING our young people. At 21 years old I hit my heaviest weight. 260 lbs. I was a newly single mom with a brand new baby. I took a hard look in the mirror and realized if I did not change, my daughter would face the same fate. Now I am exactly 100 lbs lighter and still going. My daughter and I eat good whole foods and exercise daily together. When you stop letting food rule your life you truly start to live.
