For me I just realized it doesn't matter. I don't live my life for the approval of others, ESPECIALLY strangers. I'm a very big guy with a stomach hernia who's on a weight loss journey and I get weird looks all the time. I live my life for God and the harshest people are the ones with the deepest insecurities.

I completely agree with you. Thank you for being so vulnerable. I just got out a nine year relationship and taking care of the elderly for the past 27 years seeing people that life definitely makes you look at life differently. Just a self-love journey right now, and healing journey for myself. Also became an empty nest last year so still trying to deal with that after a breakup. Just a lot to deal with, but thank you for your video as it help me get through the day.

What’s helped me, although still struggle. Work so hard, you’re so prepared and confident in everything you do. And the biggest one that I still have a hard time with… stop judging others, more you judge others the more you think others are doing the same to you. At least that’s my philosophy
