I’m close to 5 months sober from a 2 year 7oh addiction and Kratom for 3 years before that. I went cold turkey off a 1500-2,000mg a day habit. Glad to be off of it.

I literally just came home after 7 years of service combat deployed light infantryman. My last year in the army I totally fell apart and got addicted to Pills then 7oh. I was demoted and booted out. Im laying here 4 days in on a self detox because my first son was just born. I was once a warrior now im so weak and skinny and dope sick. Im kicking this though i will do this for my son. Please pray for me

I’ve just come off it. Withdrawal was pure hell!!! I tried cold turkey and the tachycardia was so bad running 180-200 so because I have a heart condition we just weaned me off over a 4 day period. I still don’t feel amazing but I’m off of 1600 mg a day

Wowww so many people here trying to make strides forward. Impressive! I have never had an addiction, so I can’t imagine, but I so many of you seem to have had enough, and putting your self worth FIRST!!!

5 months in and just got over the detox. Even with suboxone, I struggled heavily for months. Of course the first week was the most traumatic however after my suboxone taper I tried sublocade and it failed to work. I still needed my suboxone. Now we suspended the sublocade and I’m on 24mg of suboxone a day. Just to feel normal! This stuff ruined my receptors.

I was on 500-800 mg quit a year ago July 22 nd and let me tell you what a ride . There was no 10 , 20 or even 30 day withdrawal. It lingered for 6 months at an agonizing state and at a year I finally feel like a functioning husband , father and son again . That shit has a mental twist to it like no other drug I’ve withdrawn from .
