This happened to me. I had to involve my mp to eventually be allowed to make a statement to some contemptuous officer advising that they would only take a partial statement! The corrupt system in police scotland.

It’s only a Scottish law it’s called a dasa stands for domestic abuse Scotland act 2018 it passed the bill then came into law 2019 people need to Google it and read it why is this allowed to happen article 6 of your human rights everyone should have a fair trial not in Scotland England said no to it shocking what’s happening to guys life’s in Scotland we need to stand up for what’s right if your a mother how would you feel if it was your son ? I remember in Scotland being attacked, got told I can make a statement at the station. Lawyer told me to go no comment as it wasn't a statement they was taking. Ended up in front of a judge and on bail.

Well I did I was attacked by my baby mum had batteries thrown at me and even had my face bitten for her to come out with as much BS as she could to be told they dropping the case. I wish I could’ve seen her face when she got called in for a voluntary interview and had all the evidence put out in from out her
