I found that when I started focusing on coworker strengths and recognizing them openly for those strengths things got better. I’m great at finding solutions, but there’s many details I overlook because I’ve moved on in my thoughts. So usually others take up the details, and I openly give them credit for it, and things just work.

So that is what happens. I've had exactly that happend to me. I've tried to explaine but it is hard for others to understand. Actually sometimes it is because I think people are less intelligent and that is frustrating.

Once a coworker and I were in our managers office discussing cost estimates for a project. Our manager had a sheet of numbers that he was entering in Excel and was going to sum them. I read the numbers upside down and added them in my head. Our manager hadn't even gotten all the numbers entered and my coworker goes ( to me) Well what's the total. I was surprised and just said What? and my coworker goes You know you've already added them up, we all know you do that. Later I mentioned it to another coworker and he said Oh yeah, we all know you just look at it and know the answer. I do math in my head quickly but wasn't aware it was do obvious.
