Mel do you remember a TikTok you did ages ago, when you were sat in your car and you talked about how you should pay more attention to the people who go quiet in your life when you’re doing well but then are there when things are shit - because they want to hear the bad shit to make themselves feel better but are not prepared to listen to you when you’re happy about something… when I tell you that TikTok lives in my head rent free. It’s so fucking true. It has really helped me figure out who my real friends are. Seriously it is some of the best advice I’ve ever heard.

It’s envy dressed up as a put down, they see you doing well and they have to spoil it. Their biggest fear is you getting wise to their game and abuse of you, because you they know they’ll lose access and you’ll move on. Them they’ll tell you your selfish. It’s a joke how transparent they are once your improved self esteem sees right through them!
