I think Lila's going crazy, I mean identity crisis, paranoia, anxiety, i feel she's going through what Marinette's going through, she's must stay hidden, she always has to stay on top she's feeling the need to win so bad she forgets how she's actually is, it's like maybe how Monarch got crazier and crazier, like the miraculous is poisoning her with what she's doing, Monarch got more crazy for power and catching ladybug and cat noir he chose not to save Emily when he could, he hurt himself to get an advantage, he went nuke with his powers because the miraculous was poisoning him to make that stronger, and now Lila is running, she's paranoid, no one could catch her, she was so invested in being the chameleon that no one notices she's becoming crazy for that anxious that people can see tge miraculous is poisoning her to the point of a crash where she can't be herself because she must be hidden
