Deadites, easily. Deadites just want to kill you, which caps your suffering at death. Cenobites will tear your soul apart for eternity. Plus, you can actually fight back against a Deadite with a chainsaw or shotgun—good luck shooting extradimensional chains.

Here's the problem. Deadites will brutalized anyone in their path for 0 reason. Cenobites only go after the one who solved the puzzle box. So if this is a random encounter and I'm NOT the summoner, I'd infinitely prefer Pinhead and his crew. Sure they're scary, but they'll mostly leave me alone.

This is hell priestess, this image is actually downplaying how incredibly alluring her appearance really is. Now I know some of you will probably see her in real life if she were real and be like, "mhmm maybe it's not so bad choosing the cenobites afterall" get that out of your head she will mutilate/manipulate you for an infinite amount of time. That is not something any mortal human being would ever want to experience out of curiosity.
