I don't think the show understood the episode. Janeway gets no pushback from anyone disagreeing with her decision. the episode should have had long lasting effects on character dynamics going forward and should definitely have shaken the trust that at least some crewmembers had in Janeway. but instead the next week it's just back to more fun shenanigans like nothing happened

This was a tough decision because bringing back Tuvok and Neelix meant having to terminate a life. Ultimately too many members of the crew were suffering without both guys and Tuvix was an accident. It's a shame they couldn't create another Tuvix and brought back Neelix/Tuvok as well. That would have been the best outcome.
