True, but at 71, I just think there’s a time to bow out gracefully! All good things must come to an end!! I love Madonna, Cher, Stevie Nick, Barbara Streisand, Liza Mineiii and so may more , but the reality is their voices and performance levels are not the same! And the same is true of the Mick Jaggers, Paul McCartney, and others in their seventies and in Jaggers case 80s! All of us age, I get that, but I accept I’m 71 and instead of trying to recapture days gone by I look to the future knowing I lived a wonderful life and thankful for it. Now it’s time for a new chapter. Not looking back!

Huge huge Madonna fan for decades. She’s about a decade older than me. However I find her performances difficult to watch. By trying to hold onto what once was she is missing out on what she could be in her 70s. She’s always evolved and reinvented herself. Shes not doing that now.
