Just create more awareness… also at every post put a disclaimer in bold capital letters THAT THESE ARE 8ML BOTTLES NOT 100ML ‼️for each post clearly state this that dey can’t miss seeing it. And also create more awareness on the sizes you sell. Keep ringing it in peoples ears. You don’t need to feel terrible it’s not your fault.

Best way to sell to Nigerians is by virtual display and not captions or writing, most of them don’t read. Also for perfumes, not everyone can tell if a perfume is a designer or not, some don’t even understand the price point of them. Put a picture of an 8ml bottle beside the full bottle.

You need to change the UI of your website so it displays the exact decant bottle size so users can understand the sizing. Not every user understands sizing. You can check Scent box website to get an idea.

You are assuming everyone knows what 8ml and decant means. thats why you need product managers when building tech products. change the wording to small or not your regular size. then throw a modal upon purchase so they confirm they know that its a 8ml bottle and not regular size also show them a link to buy a regular sized one if you have it in store. the price difference would help in that regard

You're not a terrible person, did your part by posting relevant details about each product, she failed herself by refusing to read. Don't REFUND any money to her. what shows the package she's returning is even what was delivered and why would you stress yourself and workers to go through verification. Just as vendors owe clients transparency clients owe it to themselves to ask the right questions and make sure whatever product they purchase meets their expectations.

you need to update the image size of all your perfumes. Such as when you click on the perfume(the actual bottle), when they try to select the product, the ml of the bottle shows as they would receive it, preferably compared to the actual bottle or something to appreciate the size.

You need pictures of the decant on your website alongside the bottle because that’s what you are selling. You could get sued for false advertising since you have pictures of the bottles which isn’t what you’re selling.
