hi, I have a degree in audio engineering. no tone of a specific frequency played from a phone can have an adverse effect on your health. the frequency spectrum is fully present from 20hz to 20khz when you listen to any music and that has no impact on your health. a singular tone won't hurt you unless it's extremely loud and in your ear.
