I have a comment but not exactly on what you’re touching on. I actually called my bank today, Navy Federal Credit Union and the person that answered my phone call sounded like she had just woken up and within the first 15 seconds I heard a smoke alarm chirping because it needed the battery replaced. I asked if she was answering my call from her home and she said yes. Well immediately I did not feel comfortable speaking to anybody about my banking information while they were sitting at home with God knows who else in the room that could be seeing my banking information. Do y’all realize that this is going on? And if you already know that a call is being answered in someone’s home versus the office, are you OK with that?
