I’ve lived in an apartment before, but this time feels different. I feel so much more secure and confident in myself in my ability to do this on my own this time. Correctly. My rent is 1035 a month. My rent for the next month is already paid. My electricity is already paid. I know this next paycheck is mine to do whatever with I know the second paycheck of the month goes directly towards rent. I feel so much more secure and confident in my ability to do it right this time around unlike I did back when I was in my early 20s. The job I have sucks but at the end of the day it makes up for it with the fact that I have my own place. I had to live with a roommate for the past three years with her boyfriend and two kids who were constantly screaming yelling, arguing, crying, and fighting all the time. I wouldn’t give up my peace and quiet for anything. I love that it’s just me. I’ve got this. YOU’VE GOT THIS.
