This is favorite salad, simple, crispy with a simple dressing... I would add a bit of grated Parm and that would be it!!! Thank you for the celery salt tip, I will definitely be doing that! God bless! ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰😁😁😁

This looks great! Does celery powder work as well as celery salt? Have to avoid salt as much as possible for health reasons. But I’m with you, celery adds a terrific flavor!

I grew up on escarole. My kids grew up on escarole salad. We had salad every night with dinner. I always made my own dressing 😋❤️✌🏼
