My wife is 65 years old. She has been on a strict, carnivore diet, for the past three years, maybe a little more. She looks wonderful. I don’t know how to put pictures on this thing. I thought I would show you. I have been on the carnivore diet for about two years. I am 59 years old. Not to take my own horn, but I look pretty damn good too, and we feel great.

I have bad PCOS, endometriosis, and some sort of inflammatory disease, my whole body swells if I eat anything bread or pasta related aside from sourdough, crackers, and tortillas. I put myself on a keto diet a few years back, not knowing it would help so much. I had to stop when I got pregnant again, but I’m gonna try again. I’m not even gonna have the sourdough, crackers, or tortillas.
