CHINJAI KAMBUZUMA MEETS ALL HEADMASTERS AT MATAU PRIMARY TODAY* Today was a day of unity, fellowship and planning at _Matau Primary School_ as all _Headmasters from across Hurungwe West Constituency_ gathered for a strategic meeting with _Honourable Chinjai Kambuzuma_, the _Member of Parliament for Hurungwe West Constituency and Deputy Chief Whip_. The historic gathering was attended by _Central Committee Member Cde. Mutinha_, _Chief Matau_, _Chief Nyamhunga_, _Councillors_, _Junior Councillors_, _the Outgoing Junior MP_, _the Incoming Junior MP_, _Constituency Coordinators_ and _Teachers_. In her address, _Hon. MP Chinjai Kambuzuma_ expressed great pleasure at the massive turnout and urged all Headmasters to work diligently to improve pass rates in their schools. "As leaders of our schools, you must value every teacher and every pupil. All our schools must be well developed. You must build a strong relationship with the community you serve," she said. The Honourable MP further challenged school heads to be community-focused leaders. "Visit those living with disabilities. Take good care of learners with special needs and those on medication. Do not abuse your office. You must also work closely with the party leadership and attend village meetings. Education and community development go hand in hand," she emphasized. _Hon. MP Chinjai Kambuzuma_ also updated the Headmasters on the ongoing development support for schools in the constituency. She highlighted projects already underway and those being rolled out, which include *Starlinks for internet connectivity, paint, iron sheets, cement, window panes, solar-powered boreholes, nutrition gardens, chairs, chicks* and other learning materials. These initiatives are part of her commitment to improving infrastructure, food security, and access to digital learning in line with _Vision 2030_. This is the first time Hurungwe West has seen such wide-ranging support to schools. Headmasters and community leaders described the meeting as a turning point. "This is servant leadership in action. _Honourable Chinjai Kambuzuma_ is truly the _Game Changer_ and _Shumbakadzi_ of Hurungwe West," said one Headmaster. The event concluded well with words of encouragement and a strong commitment by all school heads to work with _Hon. MP Chinjai Kambuzuma_, _His Excellency President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa_ and the _Second Republic_ to ensure that *no learner and no school is left behind*.
