I will never walk out of a movie. Because I almost walked out of Cats one time, and I would have missed a guy throwing a full bucket of popcorn at the screen and getting in a screaming match with somebody got covered in said popcorn and both guys getting escorted out by security. Terrible movie 10/10

This is how I feel about Prisoners and everyone loved that movie so much 😩 it was just all over the place. The whole movie was red herrings that really meant nothing to what actually happened to the little girl, and it gave me vibe that they were trying to do like Seven with how detailed all the deranged stuff was but it wasn’t even connected to the actual case they were investigating, and then trying to make me feel bad for the kid getting tortured when he was actually involved like STICK TO ONE PLOTLINE PLEASE. On top of that it was so long all because of these red herrings like if they had just stuck to the plot of the cops trying to find evidence and the father trying to get justice through revenge it would have actually been compelling but they just spent to whole movie pulling the audience in different directions just to give us the SHITTIEST nothing burger of an ending
