hey, watched the whole thing, thank you. Just a heads up, the tofu contains estrogen thing may not be correct. From what I could find, and the information I have from back when "soyboy" became an insult, tofu only contains phytoestrogen, which, in the studies I could find "may" bind to estrogen receptors and "mildly" mimic the effects of estrogen (which I've personally interpreted as "no it doesn't, but some people's hormones fluctuated while we were doing the study, and we couldn't completely discount that" because the links are screwed up - please feel free to refute, I may be wrong, and I don't have a horse in the race).
More interestingly, beer can apparently stimulate prolactin production, which is a lesser known feminizing hormone used to help develop breasts + produce milk.
I find the beer one more interesting, given the western cultural association of drinks of choice being beer for men, wine for women (I don't believe wine has the same effect, as barley is the main cause)
