What happens with washing your hands? I was told if I ever use it that it can’t get wet

As one chronically ill girly to another - please check out your local craft store for punch cutters. (not official wording) Usually with the scrapbooking stuff - they have ones that round off square edges and its gonna be so much kinder to your hands than scissors. You're doing such good work sharing! I just wanna do my bit to help you reduce pain. Please keep doing what you do 💚💚

I had a pt who would put milk of magnesia (I think), basically because the tape adhesive is acidic, and the milk is basic, and when he did that while the tape didn’t stay as long, it also didn’t irritate my skin

Love seeing practical tips like this! 👏 Have you found KT tape works best for repetitive strain, or do people with hypermobility benefit from it too?

I NEED a video or tips on how to get the gooey residue off your skin after you take the tape off. kt tape helps so much with my neck but the feeling of someone's boogers on the back of my neck makes me want to never do it again 😭😭😭

this doesn't seem targeted at actually supporting the wrist

Pay attention to the cyst. I had to have mine surgically removed because it began wrapping around a nerve.

I'd be interested in taping for shoulder hypermobility and pain? My shoulders are so loose and they end up subluxing a lot 😭

Can you do a video on how you remove your tape? I keep ripping my skin no matter what I try. Even in the shower lol. Going slow. Oh and any tips on what moisturizer you use after tape to help your skin recover. I’m having a hard time finding things to help. The relief is amazing but.. hEDS skin damages easily.

I’ve been having quite a bit of pain in my thumb, specifically the IP joint, probably from so much embroidery work and how I’m holding my needle. Any tips?
