Dice your shallots and green onion into small pieces 2. In a pan coated with spray oil on medium heat, add your minced garlic, shallots, and bean sprouts and sauté 3. On the side of the pan, cook your shrimp. 4. On the side of your pan, scramble your eggs and mix everything in the pan together 5.
