Hello po! I’m currently using adapalene every other night, pero I feel like na-irritate or na-damage po yung skin barrier ko. 😭 My routine po: 🌞 Morning: Cleanser → moisturizer → Benzac 5% (spot treatment) → tinted sunscreen 🌙 Evening: Cleanser → Dermorepublic Niacinamide 10% + HA → adapalene → Luxe Organix Cica Soothing Gel Lately po, kapag ina-apply ko yung niacinamide + HA sa gabi, may burning/stinging sensation po ako. Then after applying the rest of my evening routine, sobrang namumula po yung skin ko. 😭 Should I stop muna po yung actives and focus on repairing my skin barrier? Between a panthenol product or zinc oxide, which one would be better po for irritated skin? Or may iba po kayong marerecommend? Thank you po! 🥹
