Rebecca and Mary are not being called virgins in the same way bro. People keep acting like the title means the exact same thing when the context is completely different. Rebecca is called a virgin before she was married because the point of the text is to show she had never been with a man before Isaac. Later Isaac knew her as his wife just like Genesis says and she conceived. Nobody argues she stayed a virgin forever because Scripture never says that. Mary is called a virgin because she conceived Jesus without a human father. That is the entire point of Matthew and Luke. The miracle is not that Mary would remain a virgin forever. The miracle is that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit before Joseph knew her. Matthew even says Joseph did not know her until she had given birth to her firstborn son. The emphasis is on the miraculous conception not on lifelong virginity. After Jesus was born Scripture presents Mary and Joseph as a normal married couple. The Gospels repeatedly mention Jesus’ brothers and sisters. If someone wants to claim those were not real brothers and sisters then they have to prove it from the text because the plain reading says they were his family. And saying Jesus came from a man is just false. Scripture is crystal clear that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit not by Joseph. Joseph was Jesus’ legal father not his biological father. Jesus took on real human flesh through Mary but he did not inherit guilt or become a sinner because of it. People confuse having sinful flesh with committing sin. Those are not the same thing. Jesus came in the likeness of sinful flesh according to Romans 8 but Hebrews says he was tempted in every way as we are yet without sin. He had a real human body that could hunger suffer and die but he never once sinned. That is exactly why he could be the spotless Lamb of God. So yes Jesus took on our humanity but no he did not come from a human father and no he never became a sinner. Those are two completely different doctrines and Scripture keeps them separate.
