I hc that he finds stray dogs and cats in his backyard and takes them in🥹 and some of the neighborhood kids come over to play with them and he’s always trusted to look after the kids while parents are working! ❤️❤️And for a second he feels an earthly connection to ampert and his wife again

You know what? That poor codger needs someone in his life. He needs a street rat who tried to rob him but instead gets adopted and he and Beetee work together through their traumas as well as making District 3 the greatest city in the world. Because Beetee gave everything to someone who also had nothing.
