@madeby.mandy: Chocolate + peanut butter = a match made in heaven 🍫🥜 It’s no surprise my Salted Pretzel Peanut Crunch Slice has earned a permanent spot in my freezer!  Made with @Bega Peanut Butter 🥜 new Smooth Creamy Caramel Flavoured Peanut Spread, crunchy soy crisps, salty pretzels and a layer of chocolate, this no-bake slice is basically the complete package when it comes to indulgent sweet treats. Serves 10 Ingredients 170g Bega’s Creamy Caramel Flavoured Peanut Spread 160g honey 45g coconut oil Pinch of salt 55g soy crisps 45g pretzels, roughly chopped 25g peanuts, roughly chopped Topping 140g milk or dark chocolate 20g coconut oil 10-12 whole pretzels, to decorate Method 1. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside. Add the peanut spread, honey, coconut oil and salt to a small saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Alternatively, microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until combined. 2. In a large bowl, combine the soy crisps, chopped pretzels and peanuts. Pour over the warm peanut mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated. 3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin and press down firmly using the back of a spoon or spatula. 4. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Pour over the base and spread evenly to the edges. Arrange the whole pretzels on top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.
