Hello a teleporter would need to transport the matter you're body was made of when it was deconstructed to the new location. It would still be you. Not a cloning machine

The thing that makes it even worse is that this actually happens to us, but slowly over time. If you are in your 30s, then you have done this at least once because none of the atoms that were in you when you became a teenager are in you now.
