For me the management is the 1st one we shall blame bcos she just give the keys without asking & checking the new owner name. Should it not hv any company procedures on customer sevices on how to handle their customers at certain steps tht this simple mistake will nvr happen after 6 months renovating & leaving in someone else condominium. 🙄😩😮‍💨
