That’s an assembly problem . Occasionally you have to retighten the fan blade and of course have a take it apart every once in a while to clean off all the accumulated dust on the entire assembly 😁

What happened was the blade had a crack in it (they’re cheap) and the rotation caused the crack to grow and brake off thus hitting the front cover and seemingly exploding but not really. No fire or anything. Why would you even post this? Trying to get people scared of fans now?
