Pistachio Granola 🥣 Ingredients • 3 cups rolled oats • ½ cup salted roasted pistachios, roughly chopped • ⅓ cup maple syrup • ⅓ cup neutral oil (or melted coconut oil) • Pinch of sea salt 👩‍🍳 Method Mix everything together until well coated. Spread onto a lined baking tray and firmly press into one even layer. Bake at 160°C fan for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Leave to cool completely without touching it.
