@justgotfed: Hong Kong isn't exactly known for being budget-friendly, but if you know where to look, you'll find spots like this. Right outside the M+ Museum in the West Kowloon Cultural District is one of my favorite free places in the city. You don't need a museum ticket to enjoy the rooftop garden just head up and you'll get open views of Victoria Harbour, the Hong Kong skyline, and plenty of photo spots. It's a great place to take a break between attractions, catch the sunset, or simply enjoy the view without spending a single HKD.
