Tasting freshly made butter has always been something only possible inside a factory — until now. The Butter was born from the desire to share that fresh-from-the-churn experience with everyone. Wolf was involved in the product development side of this 100th anniversary project — going through round after round of testing until the whole team was satisfied with the result. And what we landed on: a brand-new way to enjoy that incredible butter — paired with fries like you've never had before. This isn't the kind of potato you'd find in Harajuku or Asakusa. Collaborated with Potato Man Yamashita — Japan's leading potato specialist. Only carefully selected Hokkaido-grown potatoes make the cut, and instead of a standard cutter, each one is hand-torn after boiling. Double-fried to perfection, the uneven torn edges create a texture no machine cut could replicate — crispy skin, fluffy inside, and a bite that's genuinely unlike anything else. Honestly, these are insanely good. Even after tasting French toast and bread during development sessions, the fries always disappeared completely — that's how good they are. Top it off with freshly made butter, mentaiko, rum raisin, or truffle butter for an experience that's truly next level.
