I got a 5 oz can of saline nasal spray from either CVS or Walgreens for like $11. I really messed up my nasal cavities during active addiction 2018-2023 and now I just have issues in there lol my nasal cavities are basically just constantly dry and using saline nasal spray will pull some of the natural moisture back into your nose. ( I am a recovering meth and heroin addict who's about to have 3 years.. so please trust what I say about this LOL and I also suggest either slowing down or stopping the use but sometimes stopping completely can be a little hard and that's why I say slowing down is okay too)
