In Ireland. You don’t report bad police/Garda to the police/Garda. That is asking them to investigate themselves. In Ireland we have an independent body that investigates complaints against police. These videos are the reason I would never step foot in USA. Granted. We only ever see the bad videos. Very rarely we see the positive side of police actions or encounters. But this is MENTAL!
