This always gets me cuz no matter how fictionalize and playful and inaccurate this movie is, this scene happened. A dog sled showed up in a blizzard with life saving medicine and this is exactly how monumental it must have felt. Gets me in the heart

Ya know what I’ve always wondered, how were they afraid of and hostile towards balto the whole movie but then show no fear when 2 random polar bears they’ve most likely never seen show up in town 💀
