Totally with you. And really don't get it! Totally sucks. They'll end up doing jobs that they're either over qualified for, or jobs like working in Tesco (no shame to anyone working in Tesco btw) but after studying for a degree and achieving. The least they should expect would be to get a relevant job. Like you say. The NHS is crying out for midwives etc. And the other thing that I can't seem to get my head around, is that there seems to be money to send other countries (heard them saying they is still enough money to send to Ukraine) hello... again no disrespect, but what about our country? we're in dire straits where money is concerned. I swear some of these politicians haven't got a clue!

my son is coming to the end of his nursing degree doubt he will have a job he has worked so hard over the last past 3 years x

It’s ridiculous when this happens to them not fare at all…this zero hrs too omg was nightmare when I was looking for work few yrs ago now they wanted me take 2day wk only call me in if needed id have no money lol.. I had children living at home at time I wanted full time or part time in end found job more hours not zero xx

it's all to do with the high paid powers to be babes, the CEO's salary alone would pay 8 HCSW roles , 6 Nursing roles xx

it's our government, they would rather take on from overseas so they get a better deal. if anything a British citizen should have the job before anyone. The NHS & police have been very political in the recruitment over the years diversity targets, and cultural targets, expression in hiring ethical targets. if you tick the wright ☑️box jobs yours.
