Getting up at 3am to do a minimum wage hard graft job is no comparison to getting up at 3am to do a high paid job in TV presenting that comes with many perks. ! Dermot and Alison are not in the real world!

We realise there’s no benefit to working hard you could put 110% effort in and all you may get is a “well done” meanwhile the bosses on top are sitting on top of all the money so just do the bare minimum and chill

No, Alison, it's not that theyre willing to forfeit money. It's that they know if they work as hard as you did, they will not get the same life quality now or at retirement. So they might as well try and build that life quality in other ways.

This younger generation are suffering so bad. People are wanting them to go and graft for a wage that wont be able to buy them a house, car, car insurance or even driving lessons. Their future in this current climate means they cant afford the luxuries that 20 somethings had until they're around 30-35
