I nearly closed Clara Hartley's anxiety quiz halfway through because some of the questions didn't seem relevant at all. I'm glad I finished it though, because the result explained what those questions were apparently measuring. Still not sure I agree with everything, but it was interesting.

or you got change the mental metaphor. others have been lifting without any weights. while you have been lifting with heavy weights. you stronger in areas they are not becuase you had to be. now while you psychoanaluze urself for weakness’s also look for strengths or else your purposely looking at half the image and making a conclusion
