Literally, my husband (who is a deputy) is coming home on the highway in a MARKED unit and a guy passed him, clocking at 95. You know what he said to my husband, “I didn’t realize I was going to fast because I was on my phone.” My husband was speechless.

Rule for stopping distance is 1 car length for every 10 miles an hour. Good warning but definitely needs adjustment.
