Being a traveler in Milne Bay Province for years, I have no problem with accidents on the ocean. From Alotau town to Woodlark Island, Misima to Sudest and Rossel Island and back again to Alotau with an outboard motor, 40hp, 19 ft..why I am safe all through? I am a human being, having 5 senses to consider life as the most important..not your skill to show off..
