القاعدة الفقهية تقول درء المفاسد مقدم على جلب المصالح التكلم في الدين وعن الصالحين تكون نتيجته أحيانآ مفسدة ومعرفة السبب تكون في معرفة الفرق بين الدين والتدين أن الدين علم حاله حال العلوم الأخرى التدين هوا الطبع والعادة والسجية والخلق الدين كل واحد يگدر يقراء الكتب ويحصل العلوم ولك في المستشرقين خير مثال (ثقافة دينية ) وأخلاق وعادات الدين الإسلامي مفقودة نرى المتكلم في كل محفل ومقام قال الله وقال رسول الله صلى الله والعادات المكتسبة والطبائع المكتسبة منه مكر وغش و خديعة وظلم وعدوان وقول زور وشهادة زور وبهتان وعجب وتكبر ......الخ وهذه كلها معاصي في دين الإسلام لكنه غطاها وغلفها بغلاف الدين لذلك قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم طلب العلم فريضة على كل مسلم و مسلمة قال الإمام الغزالي المقصود به علم المعاملة القلبية مع الله علم المعاملة القلبية مع الله تعالى يتناول في موضوعه الآفات التي تصيب القلوب أسبابها وما يتولد منها وعلاجها وقال أيضآ من غير الدجال اخاف عليكم من الدجال قالو يا رسول الله وما هوا قال علماء السوء عندما وصفهم الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم قال علماء ولم يقل جهال عندو علم المنطق عندو علم التفسير عندو علوم اللغة عندو علم الفقه وأصوله عندما تجلس معه يعلمك الصلاة كما هي لكنه يموت المعاني الإيمانية الحاصلة في القلب نتيجة العبادات بسبب سوء فعله وفي هذا المعنى قال الإمام الغزالي علماء السوء يستخدمهم إبليس اللعين أداة لسلب الدين من قلوب العباد قال الامام والغزالي فكن من شياطين الجن في أمان واحترز من شياطين الإنس فإنهم أراحوا شياطين الجن من التعب في الإغواء والإضلال وقال سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه كونو دعاة إلى الله وأنتم صامتون قالو وكيف ذلك قال بأخلاقكم
