A slim girl told me "if u lose weight ur shape will come out" And I told her "even u sef wey be like cane dey talk, i don see ur own shape wey come out😒" I know deep down i act tough but it hurts soo bad sometimes i just prefer u don't talk about it , being chubby is a body type and being slim is also a body type, stop making it look like it's a ticket to heaven or a set standard 😒😒😒

It hurts when you meet an old friend thinking, you get to catch up, but they talk about how "big" you've become sometimes I expect a "how're you?, how's school? how's life?" but it's always, "You've grown big oo! You look like someone's mother now! What do you eat! Happens Everytime.

At some point you have to force yourself to ignore these passing comments. Not every word had to be imprinted on your soul. If you want to lose weight that's fine, if you don't want to that's also fine. Just love yourself every step of the way and every day.
