I don’t understand why people aren’t debunking this id shit by reminding people of all that is required to REGISTER TO VOTE. The citizenship, the several forms of photo identification, address verification, etc. ID has always been required, but on the front end.. They want to prevent married/divorced women from voting. Period. Majority of people register to vote when they get their drivers license or state ID. Most states have implemented the REAL ID. When I went to get my REAL ID, I needed birth certificate, social security card, photo id, addressed mail, I even brought my damn baptism certificate. It’s enough already. And they want to limit mail in voting. Mail in votes have the signatures cross checked with DMV signatures for verification. Uninformed, uneducated people think this is no big deal like what’s the big deal? Bring your DL. Not good enough. They need your drivers license to match your birth certificate name. At least half of the female population have a DL that doesn’t match their birth certificate. I don’t understand why we aren’t telling people that the registering is where the verifying of citizenship happens.

Regardless of all the absolute nonsense and drama with Voter ID, there needs to be some compromise. How can we possibly allow people to vote without photo identification, but to get on a plane you need it (and Olive Garden, apparently 🤣). It’s completely nonsensical. If they want to vote then they need an ID and if they can’t afford one then there must be some government program so people can get an ID. And who are these people you’re referring to? I’d say that most already have ID’s if they are on government programs. How can these people drive? And you mean to say that people can register to vote without an ID? Our argument doesn’t make any sense, except fear mongering some Big Brother. Where is the data on the number of voting aged people who do not have photo ID? Do you remember that thing called AI, they’ll get what they want in the end anyway. I think we should focus our time and energy on some big issues, and stop intellectualizing it all as T fiddles while Rome burns. Seriously. Are we going to keep waiting for something to happen while we scroll on TikTok and do nothing? Are we waiting until the Mid-Terms to save us? Let’s just wait a few more months like we did since the inauguration 🤦🏻♂️.
