Tipping culture is WILD and way out of hand, tipping should be optional (like it is in the uk) delivery drivers shouldn’t expect tips and just be grateful when they do get tipped, refusing to give the food up when a customer doesn’t tip is outrageous, those delivery people should be dam ashamed of themselves. TIPPING IS OPTIONAL NOT MANDATORY. I tip regularly but if the service was shit no way would i tip. Disgusting behaviour.
