@sidehustle_mama_mentor_: Motherhood has brought me to my knees more times than I can count. Not because I don’t love my children, but because I love them so deeply that I constantly question if I’m doing enough. Am I being patient enough? Am I present enough? Am I raising them the way God intended? Some days the laundry wins. Some days dinner is simple. Some days I cry after everyone goes to bed because I poured out everything I had. But every single time I feel empty, Jesus reminds me that I was never supposed to do motherhood in my own strength. The world tells us to hustle harder, be more productive, and somehow keep it all together. Jesus simply says, “Come to Me.” I’ve learned that my children don’t need a perfect mom. They need a mom who knows where to run when life feels heavy. So I lean into Him. I pray while washing dishes. I worship while folding tiny clothes. I whisper His name when anxiety tries to creep in. I ask Him for wisdom when I don’t know what to do. Because the greatest gift I can give my children isn’t perfection. It’s showing them what it looks like to depend on Jesus. If you’re in a hard season of motherhood today, this is your reminder: You don’t have to carry it all. You don’t have to have every answer. You don’t have to be enough.
