TehOping :

Sometimes the practices that move us forward aren’t complicated at all. I’ve started doing three simple things in my journal, and they’ve been surprisingly transformative for the way I’m approaching my life, goals, and business. 1. Write down five things I’m grateful for. I’ve practiced gratitude in different ways for years, including verbally and through prayer. But there’s something about physically writing it down that makes me slow down and actually register what is good in my life. 2. Write my goals as though they’ve already happened. This isn’t magic. I’m not expecting my goals to drop into my lap because I wrote them in the present tense. It’s a brain exercise. Instead of continually reinforcing “I hope someday I can…”, I’m helping my brain become familiar with the possibility that these things can actually be part of my life—and then I can make decisions accordingly. 3. Spend five minutes generating content ideas. No editing. No deciding whether they’re good enough. I simply write as many ideas as I can. Five minutes. That’s it. Especially when you’re rebuilding your life, building a business, or trying to create something new, forward movement doesn’t always require some enormous breakthrough. Sometimes it’s a notebook, a pen, and a few intentional minutes every day. Small practices can change the way you think—and the way you think changes what you’re willing to do next. #StartOverStrategy #JournalingPractice #WomenInBusiness #DivorcedFormerTradwife #BusinessMindset
